Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 If you were to open a new place, would you need a guy with an engineering background and an MBA? I know a guy if you do. Always got room for an MBA, especially if you are a creative thinker. I get my best ideas talking to guys like you.
James Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I really wanted to go today to, but my baseball buddies are working. That was the other problem. All my baseball buddies are working as well. I would have gladly taken the day off to go to a game.

James Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I would like to go to, but school always gets in the way. I had that problem too. That's why I'm never going back to school again... For a while at least.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 What kind of place? I'm in the process of coming up with the concept. It will more than likely be determined by the space. It will definitely have a brewing operation in conjunction with a restaurant/bar featuring a continuously evolving menu.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Author Posted May 7, 2015 For a minute Provus left the booth, and he had trouble getting back in, so he thought it was Uecker all over again.
Kirby_waved_at_me Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 nice, a quick inning from Ricky!
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 For a minute Provus left the booth, and he had trouble getting back in, so he thought it was Uecker all over again. I always listen to Uecker at the cabin. Love the guy.

Just throwing that out there.
Kirby_waved_at_me Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Another nice plate appearance for Dozier, he's not hitting for a great average so far this year, but he's still grinding out the at bats and getting on base.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Author Posted May 7, 2015 Apparently Torii Hunter says Safeco and Target Field have the best backdrops.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Untappd.....it's the place to be. 250ish unique beers in the last 11 months......
James Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Untappd.....it's the place to be. 250ish unique beers in the last 11 months......Agreed. I'm at 819 unique beers since Thanksgiving of 2012. It's great to track that kind of stuff.

Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 That sounds like a place that I would go to. Are you a brewer too, or do you know a guy? My best friend in the world was an Anheuser Busch exec, and an avid home brewer. His gear and knowledge is amazing. He is ratcheting up the pressure to find a location. The only thing that is bugging me is that I will definitely need another knee replacement in the next year or two. I lost a hundred pounds last year, so I don't have much pain anymore, but I know that, if I do this, it's going to painful, but probably worth it.

James Verified Member Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I think you would love the Czech Republic. I'm sure that I would. I've wanted to go there for a while. It wouldn't be the first time I took a beer-centric vacation either.

If you guys want to come over next time we brew, I know it would be enlightening, and a sh*t -ton of fun. I usually have the smoker loaded as well.
