CBU:  3-2 after 2

Twins lead in small ball.

Hey, just joined. So what happened for three runs? I'm only showing one hit on the box score - Vargas's home run. But it doesn't look like anyone in front of him walked?

Vargas singled, followed by two walks. Fielder's choice scored a pair Twins because of a throwing error. Robinson Scored on a Sac Fly by Rosario.

Thanks. I read that wrong as Vargas having a home run.

Vargas singled, Escobar and Suzuki walked, Shane Robinson ground into a force out, but took second on a throwing error, he then stole second, and Eddie Rosario drove him in with a sac fly.

I thought I'd had a very brief nap and missed something.  :)

What happened? I just have Game Day. :(

Dozier is making swoon-worthy stabs with the glove on consecutive plays.

It is a good thing that Bubbles isn't watching if that is the case. She already has a hard enough time not swooning over him.

Or as described by LEN3:

Dozier makes back-to-back leaping grabs of liners then looks at the dugout and bounces like he's got hops

I'm not sure if Nolasco ever induces weak contact

According to Statcast the weakest contact was Reddick's line out to Dozier.

He does have hops compared to me. The only hops I got are in my beer.

This outfield play is ridiculous. I don't ever remember the Twins being this bad defensively. I honest to Gawd know I would have caught that.

That was a godawful route by Escobar. He wants to be the super-utility, he needs to get better in the outfield.

I like Escobar at 2B-SS-3B. But he seems miscast as an outfielder.

Oh wow. That's bad. I know he's an infielder, but I don't see how a major league player, who the manager is confident enough to put in the outfield, doesnt make that catch.
