stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 I think it will be Morales for Kubel eventually. However, I'm sure Fuld will be ready first and he'll possibly replace Kubel because that would clear a 40-man spot for Morales. Then when Morales is ready, he'll replace Hicks.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 I thought the Pinto going down issue was poo poo'd threads ago. Meh, wouldn't be my choice, but I stop short of outright poo pooing because one, not my decision, two, others (and by others, I mean those hired to make those decisions, not other posters) know more than me about the players involvd

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 I'm contemplating whether it would be dog abuse to harass my dog enough so that she stays awake for the rest of the day ... this wanting to go outside and play at 2 a.m. is ridiculous. Your dog sounds like a cat in spirit.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Your dog sounds like a cat in spirit. I bet a cat would pee in those shoes.

Gibby Provisional Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 I still have shoes with puppy bites. Puppy bites are adorable. Urine stains, not so much.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Puppy bites are adorable. Urine stains, not so much. Not a thing I thought I would ever type.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 I bet a cat would pee in those shoes. Mine has never peed outside his box, except twice ... once when the door was closed to where his litter box was and he had no choice; two, when he got locked in a closet, where his litter box wasn't, and he had no choice. Both times were with house sitters, too.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Three runs ain't nearly enough. Another four or five, yeah, then Gardy can bring in Burton. If I knew how to do GIFs, if that's the right acronym, I'd do the gladiator guy with Gardy's head photoshopped, captioned, of course, "Are you not entertained?!"

Maybe you could do Gardy a new gnome: http://blogs.twincities.com/twins/2014/06/07/twinsights-twins-skipper-sees-more-dumbledore-than-himself-in-gardy-gnome/ I thought the photos of the gnome figurines bore a strong resemblance to Gardenhire if his beard grew out just a little.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Clutch walks. Twins baseball. Love it. (Actually, I really do. No sarcasm for me.)
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 I thought the photos of the gnome figurines bore a strong resemblance to Gardenhire if his beard grew out just a little. Wasn't Gardy most recently a Metro-gnome?
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 We have a little pick the stick contest. Santana was my pick for this series. I'm smiling.

MileHigh_Jake Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Beautiful AB by Danny Santana. Making Gardy look good putting him in the lead off spot

Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Boy the Astros look brutal I think it's safe to say that they are brutal.
glunn Community Moderator Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Twins are building a nice lead and picking up Morales suggests that Ryan believes that they can contend this year.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Mauer can't get a hit when he singles!

stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Let's not criticize my second favorite AL team until the game is over. I remember Milwaukee down four and winning by three earlier this week.
