They were out of Butterscotch... I had to get Chocolate... I walked in the door and my wife was doing dishes in the kitchen. I couldn't get to the freezer.

 

Had to stick them under my shirt as I walked past. They were cold and they made me look kinda boxey around the middle.

 

Her cell phone was downstairs so I called it. When she went downstairs I put them in the freezer.

 

When she came back up and asked why I called her... I said "oops musta butt dialed... I'm sorry".

In any case, like I said, I have no problem with giving him the option to swing there (and that came from the bench, I'm pretty sure), but you gotta be sure it's your pitch.

 

It's the bottom of the 7th, you're down 4, you only have 7 outs left. One swing can tie it, on about as predictable a pitch as you're ever going to see.
