The really sad thing about Buckner isn't how !tty of an umpire he is, it's how proud that the he is of being a !tty umpire.

 

The Drebenesque ringup of Mauer on a pitch a foot outside would be good for a three game suspension in a league that was serious about not allowing buffoonery from the 'stewards of the game'....

Arcia showing some emotion! I love the finger in the air in triumph, followed by frantically charging around the bases with a dust-filled slide, and then fist pumping like it's Game 7. This is why he is my favorite player on the team (Deduno on the pitching side).
