    The pitchers will be instant claims. We will likely have the opportunity to claim one or both of Grichuk and Renfroe. They don’t look like upgrades to me, but I’ll let Falvey be the judge. On a side note, it only took one month for all of their good publicity of going all in to disintegrate. Ohtani should sit the rest of the season as well since they gave up.

    Maybe the RH outfielders Renfroe and Grichuk. But frankly they’re not that much better than Luplow.

    I’ve got to imagine Kwesi is on the lookout for any veteran CB to sign. I would seek out a better RB than Kene. Reagor and Powell both making the roster is not what I expected.

    We made it! Here is the initial 53 man roster. The lack of OL and DL depth terrifies me. I don’t like the balance of this roster at the moment. 6 safeties is way too many.

    I don’t know why people want to try getting that close with their own vehicles! I parked at a place with a shuttle and it was a breeze getting in and out.

    Longest I waited was 10 min at the original pronto pup stand. I didn’t bother getting Martha’s cookies or fries because those lines were insane. If you wanted to drink beer there, you might as well order 2 then get back in line.

    Worth a watch! I too love the LLWS. For 99% of these kids this will be one of the best moments of their lives. 12 years old is a crazy time in life… You could be growing already and be 5’8” 165 lbs like Fan Chen-Jun throwing 80 MPH. Or you could still be waiting to grow and be 4’10” 90 lbs. They were both good enough to make the team! I don’t ever remember seeing so many kids throwing effective off speed pitches. It’s mind blowing. Some of them have 4 pitch mixes already!
