    Upton for the Angels: 1.029 OPS. Small sample size, I know, but that might have come in handy the past week.

    It's plausible the timing of Souhan's original column is due to when he got the info from a "Twins official," no? If said Twins official is/was concerned about weight affecting rehab, then the timing makes sense.

    Berrios' line looks bad because his manager left him in at least one hitter too long. He was loosing command and should not have pitched to Dickerson with two on, none out. Game changer right there.

    Disappointing, but QB play was always going to be an issue this year, and I'm hoping the play calling was intentionally vanilla. I think they'll get better as the season progresses in both areas.

    If Duffey was still OK to pitch to Moss, why take him out? If he needs to come out, why let him pitch to Moss?

    Mrs Chief just got home, and she's pretty downhearted. They laid her off from her job at the clock factory today, just like that. And after all those extra hours she put in.

    My mom lived in a big "senior" development before she passed, and I know I should have visited her more often. It's not that I didn't want to , I just have this overwhelming fear of those type of huge, overengineered apartment buildings. A sort of a complex complex complex.
