    People here mostly don't remember the trades that don't fit their narrative. I'm not in love with some of the decisions when they are made, but I also don't think they are stupid or inept or clueless or any of the other words they are called. I just don't think they are quite good enough.

    Just got an offer for some more preferred stock in a winery here (so big it's not going to fail .....) at 6.5%. I'm going to go in for another 10K I think. I THINK I can send others the invite.......DM if interested.

    I'm currently sitting on cash, making five percent. Regretting not getting back into Nvidia at 99.... But then I'm about to start using my savings..... It's depressing to me the market loves fascism.

    It's a general statement not necessarily specific to Eeles. I have no idea if he can play, but we know several current twins aren't good. Rostering those every year, and spending money on them, is my issue.

    Other teams advance top prospects. Sometimes even this team. Culpeper is a college guy, it's hard to see any reason not to move him up if he's still doing this in August.

    I'm not sure it's a complete rebuild. But this team might miss the playoffs for the fourth time in five years, so maybe a modest rebuild is the best way forward. But I really think it's all about CC and Lewis, as they're stuck with them...

    I think it's likely ownership lowered payroll targets after the signing, so I'm not sure this is on falvey? That said, it's the biggest issue for the team. CC has to hit.... Has to.

    Painter and two more prospects. The author didn't even mention Philly, and it's the only team I'm dealing with for Ryan. They have to get a top, top, pitcher back, plus. I wouldn't do it, but if they get Painter and two more good prospects, it's likely a win, but not for next year.... Most of the other guys mentioned just aren't that interesting.

    I'm hoping no early HS pitchers. I'm hoping college arm or catcher early. HS OF and SS world be great.

    Painter and two more good prospects from Philly and you consider it. But I can't see any other idea that makes any sense.

    But then, they didn't think Larnach and Wallner were role players when they came up, but they still platooned them.....so I'm not sure the argument holds that this team even tries....Wallner was decent to good against them in the minors, platooned. I'm hoping there isn't enough data for Jenkins for the team to know what to do, frankly. Because if there is, it means he's not in MN until 27 or 28.

    Gray was never more successful. He pitched more innings than he had. He should thank Rocco every day. When the Twins have good pitchers, they let them pitch. They've been around league average in starter innings nearly every year recently. My issue with yesterday was they'll never know what swr can do if they didn't let him try. But, in context, the decision likely makes sense.

    My reasoning is that the season is over, and they need to learn.... It may have been a rational decision, but I didn't like it. I understand they can't yet manage like the season is over.....

    Imagine how bad your team would be if they all hit like Vazquez. Would it even win sixty games?

    No, but I'm not convinced about most any prospect, and even many MLB players. I guess we disagree on taking chances on upside, rather than settling for bad veterans.
