The risk is he's awful and they lose games.

I think he needs a long rest to get more healthy. But nothing changes for this team into he and CC hit, as they are stuck with both. I have no idea how to fix him.

They'll move Irish to the OF I'm guessing? Heck, if I'm them, I trade him for pitching in the off season.

I'm not in favor of trading him, but Milwaukee dealt Burnes, and didn't start over. This idea they cannot possibly compete w/o Ryan seems odd to me. If Philly wants to send their top 3 prospects....I'm at least thinking about it, if not saying yes.- 41 replies

Agreed. I'd DFA France and call up Martin at this point. Then Keaschell for Kiersey as appropriate health wise.

Not good, Bob. Nothing will get fixed until Lewis and CC hit. You just can't have two black holes from two supposed stars. Doesn't help Wallner and France cat hit either. Add on Vazquez half the time, and it's a wonder they ever win.
