If it isn't Kody's job to get out lefties in crucial situations, he shouldn't be on the roster.

Yikes. Sigh. This is on Duran and the offense (and MAT not throwing it in, he's been not as good lately).....Duran and the offense need to be better than this. oh well.

No, he's pointing out an example of how just because something works doesn't make it the right decision. That's a logical fallacy, and he's giving an example of how/why ....

It's the rules. I don't get how playing by the rules is wrong/bad/evil somehow. Why should LAA keep those guys? It is the 100% right move by them.

He hit the same in the leadoff spot (after a hot start) as he did before they put him there. The foot is clearly an issue batting.....I'd like to see them rest him and put Lewis at SS and ? at third. But I get why they aren't resting him. I don't get not moving him down in the order, though.

In the meantime, he's an auto out. Just wasting at bats. Also, they better not make a claim. As you point out, they have Buxton, AK and Castro coming back (and Martin and Stevenson in AAA).
