Royce isn’t the only Twin to rise to the occasion multiple times this season. Pablo Lopez, Sonny Gray, Max Kepler in the second half, Ed Julien have all picked up their games to win when they needed it. Clutch…. The truly impressive part about Royce, is he stands out and raises his game above those already lofty standards. it feels different this year

Yup, and seems to happen every time I moderate a post.

I thought they nabbed Stevenson so when MAT came back they could waive Stevenson and not lose Celestino. turns out, it was likely a performance/trust thing as you suggest

    Medina has a 5.64 ERA, it’s a possibility

Solemn? I’m downright giddy! Nothin solemn about it

Right, but the 40 man is full. When Alcala is removed from the 60, do they have another 60-day IL candidate like they did w/ Moran? Maybe Gallo, just so they don’t have to DFA him, but that’s kind of a stretch

I assume Stewart and Paddack at minimum will come off the 60 for the post season

No way Celestino gets DFA’d. my guess Floro, Gallo, Stevenson edit to add, agreed that Alcala might get optioned and Stevenson would not get optioned/DFA’d
  13. Richie the Rally Goat
Yes, but the Bremergasm has its roots from decades ago.

Varland has been a very competent mid—to-back of the rotation starter, for ‘24 I’d like to see him in the rotation mix. Too quick for him to be permanently in the bullpen. Sands, Winder, Balazovic? Absolutely bullpen in ‘24

First time I’ve watched Varland relieve. He looked like he was having fun

“A blast to center” Richard? The CF had to come in! Edit: ninja’d

    Nice rip, Willi!

How good is pretty good? Are we talking addition formulas? If statements? Pivots? Can you do a multiple linear regression model?
