  1. If Balozovik and Duarte are already at Ft Meyer’s working out, are they allowed to continue working out at the spring training site while they are in ‘limbo’?
  2. Thank you for all the work you put in providing this info. Really good stuff!
  3. I totally agree with the first half of your statement. But, I guess I’m going to have t o totally disagree with your second half statement.
  4. He will be missed. You know who will miss him even more? My wife who is not a baseball/sports fan. But every April through September I’m in the family room watching my beloved Twins and she’s in the next room sewing, quilting, crafts or whatever. She always said life is good. I’m happy doing my thing and she’s happy doing her thing and the one common denominator was Dick’s soothing, enduring voice.
  5. Healthy Correa and Kiriloff for a full season.
  6. But, man this was a fun year and post season. Can’t wait for spring straining.
  7. It’s tough when you have a double and home run from the first three hitters and then only one hit the rest of game. Brutal!
  8. Man, I hate giving up 0-2 hits…..
  9. My goodness, what a slow moving game. Only in the bottom of third.
  10. Two bad calls that have made a difference in this game. Julien 3-2 ball that was called strike. Bases would have been loaded with one out. Kirk should have had strike two, called ball. Later, walked and the a run scored.
  11. Maybe. But, I’m wondering if he will off the roster for the first short series. If they win the first series, he will be activated and become the fourth starting picture.
  12. It’s going to be a really interesting winter/spring to see how those three infield spots play out. You have Lewis, Correa, Polanco, Julien, Miranda (I’m still high on him, bad timing for him to have a bum shoulder) and Lee. Also, you still have Farmer, Castro and Salano in play. And possibly Martin, although I think he’s now an outfielder.
  13. Well, we did learn one thing last night. The next time we face a starting picture that throws 60 mph, Gallo definitely has to be in the starting lineup.
  14. Wow, awesome job by Funderburk and Winder! Much needed!
  15. I bet that was a tough conversation. I know Ober was upset when he was sent down before the start of season. Good to get another lefty up. Cleveland has been very vulnerable to lefty’s this year.
  16. The win probability chart had a lot of ups and downs. Exactly the way I felt most of the game!
  17. A great come behind win after two very frustrating losses. A big salute to Winder and Jax for four, much needed, scoreless innings. And to the offense for late, timely hitting. A great, enjoyable win.
  18. Yikes! They have six players with more RBI’s than our top producer at 55. But, yet, in a weird sort of way, I feel it’s going to be a really good offensive night.
  19. I wonder if/when Buxton, Kiriloff and Castro come back, if Gallo’s bothersome ankle, knee, back or whatever flairs up and he will be put on the IL.
