  1. I haven’t heard anything, but I wonder if Larnach and Martin are starting the season on the Il? Does that open the door for Roden and Wagaman?
  2. Per Codify baseball: 😳 Franchise Values: $18.45B ← Yankees and Dodgers combined $18.34B ← Brewers and Orioles and Twins and Rays and Rockies and Reds and Royals and Pirates and Diamondbacks and Guardians and Marlins combined
  3. Twins prospects are also playing in the spring breakout today. Versus the Phillies prospects. Twins Spring Breakout starting lineup Kaelen Culpepper SS Emmanuel Rodriguez CF Gabriel Gonzalez LF Eduardo Tait C Kala'i Rosario RF Hendry Mendez DH Marek Houston 2B Billy Amick 1B R Quentin Young 3B
  4. 3.19.26 - Game on! Abel vs Bello Clemens1B Keaschall2B WallnerRF BellDH RodenCF CaratiniC OutmanLF Lewis, R3B Gray, TSS
  5. MLB Trade Rumors has an article about the Twins shopping Alex Jackson. Probably won’t net much but he doesn’t make sense as a 3rd C on the 40. Package him with Larnach for a RH reliever? https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2026/03/twins-shopping-alex-jackson.html
  6. Enjoy the day off from Twins baseball ⚾️ 6 games left until the season opener. BoSox x3, ATL, Tor, and TB. Tomorrow is also the Spring Breakout - our prospects against the Phils prospects.
  7. Altavilla is back from his time with team Italy. Should get in a couple more games here (only 6 left). He’s looked pretty good so far, although not on the 40 man.
  8. In an early March Strib article they said they wanted to keep him stretched out as a starter. Doesn’t mean he won’t be in the bullpen sometime this summer though.
  9. Latest round of spring cuts: OF Kyler Fedko OF Kala'i Rosario IF Tanner Schobel
  10. Last year we saw Pablo, Joe, Ober, SWR, Paddack, Festa, Matthews, Bradley, Ohl, Adams. I wasn’t trying to compare twins to other teams just saying that we are going to see our pitching depth on full display this summer.
  11. Ober’s start today 3.17.26 per Gleeman: Bailey Ober's average fastball velocity was down even more today vs. the Phillies. Start #1 — 89.9 mph Start #2 — 88.8 mph Start #3 — 88.2 mph Ober threw 58 pitches today and none of them cracked 90 mph. He also failed to record a strikeout and got just three swing-and-misses.
  12. Adolis made him pay for that hanging sweeper. 🚀
  13. Ober will get some run in the short term, he’s earned it. Giolito also wouldn’t be ready to throw in a game for a while anyways. I read a Gleeman article that we haven’t used less than seven pitchers in 15 years. We are going to get a chance to see just about everybody on the twins prospect list at some point in 2026.
  14. Giolito or let the young guys throw?
  15. Opening day is 10 days away. Per MLB.com concussion requires a 7 day IL and then a structured return to play protocol. If he truly has a concussion, then I feel it is unlikely he’ll be on the roster for opening day. I’ve read Martin will be reevaluated on Wednesday. Probably opens the door for Wagaman if they want another RH bat.
  16. Happy Saint Paddy‘s day ☘️ Twins versus Phillies - Ober vs Luzardo Lewis, R3B BellDH CaratiniC Wagaman1B Lee, BSS Arcia, Or2B OutmanCF KreidlerLF Fedko, KRF
  17. Bailey Ober pitches today ⚾️
  18. Twins win! 8-14 is the record; -27 run differential. 10 days of ST remain.
  19. Per Nightengale: Austin Martin exited today’s spring training game because of a concussion, the Twins announced.
  20. The Joe Ryan Experience!
  21. 3.16.26 The Joe Ryan Experience DH WALLNER LF KEASCHALL 2в CLEMENS 1в CARATINI C JEFFERS ss LEE CF RODEN RF MARTIN 3B GRAY P RYAN
  22. Kreidler’s bat may be nonexistent but he can play some defense. Looked good in center today (Sunday) and has played well at SS.
  23. 1-13 w/RISP; 12 LOB -29 spring training run differential
  24. That boy is all control and no command.
