    Gleeman: This is the third straight season the Twins have collapsed in the second half. During that three-year span, they are a combined 55-89 (.382) in August and September, which is equivalent to a 100-loss pace for a full season.

    Find a defensive home for Keaschall and leave him there and he will be fine. Culpepper certainly looks the part. Not worried about Jenkins. I may still be dreaming about 2023 Lewis but I’d bet he’s got 3 fWAR in there. Love me some Pablo Day. I’m looking forward to 2027 and beyond.

    Oh boy you’re going to expose my logic. Here goes nothing. Outfield - this may depend on Buxton. But I like Jenkins in right Buxton in center Keaschall in left. I think his arm is better over there. Throw in Emma as the 4th. If Buxton is still recovering then you could have Jenkins in center Emma in right and have Martin as the 4th OF $$$ to spend - Banda comes back, Nance comes back, maybe Minter too. I’m looking for a top end guy (have to look a little deeper at the FA list) and trying to extend Pablo. I’m not sold on Ober or Kremer, but the front office traded for him partially due to his extra year of team control.

    Good to see him back out there. Even if it is just to prove to the Twins and league that he’s not broken and has some value.

    Gleeman: White Sox 10, Twins 1. That'll just about do it. Brutal showing on Sunday Night Baseball. Twins lost 2/3 in Chicago to fall to 68-75, including 12-20 since August 1. They've lost 8 of their last 11 series and are no longer even on pace to beat the 78-win preseason projections.
