    I agree they didn’t go nuts, but it was nice to see them do something. It’s been a better season than I thought it would be, but maybe the clock has struck midnight.

    I read that the team went to Spider-Man instead of the Odyssey maybe that’s why they aren’t playing as inspired as I thought they would be.

    More Nick Nelson: Joe Ryan has struck out fewer than 5 hitters in a start 4 times all year (not counting 1st-inning exit on 5/3). 3 of them are his past 3 starts.

    Nick Nelson: Twins have been held to 2 or fewer runs through 6 innings in each of their past 7 games, and 10 of their last 11. Hard to win if you can’t build leads and are constantly fighting from behind.

    Lost two out of three, but the bats looked much better against better pitching in Seattle. KC just has our number I guess.
