  1. Yeah, I don't lose sleep over this one. In the pantheon of bad Minnesota sports trades, this is nowhere near making the list. It wasn't even close to the worst deadline trade the Twins made that year. Cade Povich and Yennier Cano to the Orioles for Jorge Lopez.........oofda!
  2. If a team is going to play a lot of close games, then they have to do the little things right. The Twins just don't. Sloppy base running did them in yesterday, and the defense let them down in the 9th today. This has been the story all season.
  3. I was shocked they even tried. Just poor base running.
  4. This guy has been really inconsistent. The zone seems to move around.
  5. I don't see how they can keep Keirsey on the MLB roster. He is basically a giant hole in the lineup. I was rooting for him to finally get his chance, but he hasn't made the most of it.
  6. Where is he now? Is he playing anywhere? He had those few years where he just raked the ball, and then fell off a cliff. I always wondered what happened. He wasn't even that old yet. He should've had at least a couple more years of his prime.
  7. These are the little things that are just killing this team. They give away so many games because of sloppy base running and defense.
  8. Nothing is going to happen to Falvey or Baldelli until the team is sold. Everyone recognizes the new owners will want their own people. Until that day, if it ever happens, this organization will be in limbo.
  9. Molitor was in the booth during the KC series. Honestly, plug him into the lineup and he's probably their best hitter.
  10. In addition to Buxton, Miranda would have had a golden sombrero had Baldelli not pulled him for Wallner.
  11. Sometimes a ball takes a bad hop or gets caught in the wind, but all three of the errors tonight were easy routine plays. Just awful.
  12. Another completely inexcusable error.
  13. It's frustrating because we've seen him in stretches where he single-handedly carries the team. It just seems like those stretches are too far and in between.
  14. Congrats To Buxton on his Golden Sombrero!
  15. Did I miss something? I have the Royals feed.
  16. He visibly grabbed his hamstring. My theory is he knew he needed to leave the game but wanted it to look like he wanted to stay in.
  17. Admitting you have a problem is always the first step.
  18. Miranda making a bid for the golden sombrero.
  19. Don't all the players do stretching before the game?
  20. I didn't realize he stuck around in the league for 12 years.
