I can't stand to see Rocco in the dugout ...

Didn't we win the series in 2019 .... no not the world series I know we beat the Yankees at something that year ... Oh that right it was , Homeruns 307 twins to 306 Yankees...

Zebby looks like he's just throwing ,I saw the 3rd inning so far andcthats what it seems to me , to many pitches over the plate ... he's got a nice fastball , he needs to throw it eye level once in a while to get them chasing or at least a different look ... It's his fastball that killed him in the 3rd , I was just tuning in ...

I thought the same thing , I'm thinking who did we get that is impressing from the deadline trades , Bradley is the only one I came up with ... What will we have next season is anyone's guess , we have a off season yet to either subtract or add for 2026 , it's not up to the fans , FO and Rocco and crew and scouts will sit down at the table and put together something , good would be better... Martin has played well , Sands and funderburk should make opening day next year if they have a good spring , but even if they don't have a good spring you can expect FO and Rocco to select them for opening day ... Funderburk has performed since allstar game with a few clunkers in there .... I'd prefer larnach over wallner at firstbase , I'm just not convinced wallner is going to be very good , bad defense , hits it along way when he connects , has a arm but I haven't seen it to be accurate all that often , has some speed , power is his only solid tool only when he makes contact ... Wallner could use a different approach , he makes no adjustments during an at bat , maybe a new batting stance , shorten the swing up some , still the homeruns should come but not be hit as far , he needs help and driveline is calling or he is going to have a short career and bounce around from team to team for a few years ... Kepler signed with Phillies and that hasn't gone well with the bat so I've heard , I can't see him getting more than a minor league contract next year ( the only ex twins i follow are arraez and Polanco )

Can the Yankees unravel enough to not make the playoffs , that would make the majority of Twins fans very happy , but there are a few TD posters that have a duel fan base to both NY teams ....

I fell asleep after Lee's homerun and woke up as they said the final score .... Damn ... It's a good day in baseball when the Yankees lose to other opponents ... It's a great day in baseball when the twins manage a win over the Yankees ... Sorry I missed most of it , SWR had a tremendous game , starting pitching is still our strength , hitters are hitting lefthanders better since allstar game ...

Listening to the Yankees announcers , they commented on roccos line up , buxton should be batting #3 so he could get more rbis if the twins get runners on , Martin and keaschall shoukd be 1 and 2 .... I do agree with buxton batting 3rd or 4th , but buxton is streaky and the twins have a hard time getting runners on base ....

Well hopefully when the Yankees lose in the playoffs you can return the favor and tease , bash the Yankees and some humiliation to , I'd say losing in the playoffs is worse than beating the twins ... Go twins ...

Do we really have players on this team that would be considered in the top 5 of the MVP voting if we were in the playoffs hunt ... Buxton has had a decent year , nothing spectacular , just worthy of an honorable mention for the MVP of the league , MVP of the twins yes ... Like whitey333 said , there has been other players that had good years playing , if memory serves me right Rod Carew was the last twin to win a MVP on a non playoff team in 1977 and what a year he had , almost a war of 10 ...

Yes the twins stink .... The series was pretty competitive but we lost the series .... I thought the games were good but yes we stink in the clutch and bullpen has no arms really except sands and funderburk , funderburk seems to have turned it around since the allstar game with just a couple of clunkers ... I listened to the Arizona announcers and kinda had to laugh when they were talking about our players , they didn't do their homework because what they said about the players was the complete opposite ....

6 more home games and 6 on the road ... I won't have any baseball withdrawals the winter season, just hope we get on the ball and make the team better ...

Arizona announcers said buxton tried to take it the other way , looked to me like he was swinging to pull it and hit it off the end of the barrel .. There announcers haven't done their homework , twins don't hit the other way except for a few batters like keaschall for one ...
