    Can't win them all , SWR had a good start first time through the order and then the start of the 10 unanswered runs began, none of ours pitchers tonight were on there A game ... Jeffers with his homer with runners on base was good to see , Martin continues to hit , would like to see buxton batting behind some of these players , he's bound to get on a hot streak soon ...

    This series they did show more of a tougher mentality , first 9 games it was lacking ... Winning does sharpen the mental confidence ... Winning also enhances the fans confidence in the team ..

    Never in my wildest dreams did i see this coming ... I thought we'd be 0 and 13 , 1 game over 500 is just unbelievable ... Nice sweep I have to admit , Detroit will be pissed and want revenge the next time they meet ...

    Great start to game , Ober throwing near 100 pitches ... 8 is enough tonight and a guarantee of a series win ... And a 500 record ...

    We got odorizze in a trade that worked out for both team ... Bradley has looked good to start out the year , great game last night ... Long season ahead and hope his stamina holds up all year , pitched into seventh and threw over hundred pitches , manager showing confidence ... Would like Lopez in rotation but Bradley so far has taken his place , Ober is Ober , got to get Abel on track with his repertoire and SWR continuing to do what he does and rotation staff has a chance to perform well , Abel , give him 2 or 3 more starts to harness his ability , zebby too needs to pitch better in AAA or he will be bypassed as the first chosen one for someone else ... Festa is on 60 day il list now after reports he was working his way back ...

    Enjoyed the game , lots of activity on the bases and timely hitting against a very good pitcher and a lefty to boot ... A winning streak of 3 would be encouraging against the detroit favorites to win the central ...

    The early results from this year are no different than 2024-25 , we are weakest at defense and offense , pitching took a step or two backwards this year .... Game about to start tonight , can Bradley pitch us to a win ?

    Nothing but rain drops in centerfield , buxton has been the best centerfielder when healthy to wear a twins uniform ... Sure would be nice if he stays healthy like 2025 and has the same results ... Pitchers adore a gold glove type centerfielder ...

    A nice win to open the series , good timely hitting and a homerun with a runner on helped break the tie ... Tough game ahead for tomorrow against skubal , but momentum and home field advantage could help ... Take the series tomorrow and let us fans relax alittle please ...

    As always , thanks for the minor league reports on the players ... As always in the minors it's not whether you win the game , it how you play the game ... And some players are doing just that , playing the game ...

    When games are low scoring , we need to find ways of pushing those runs across .. . We have new coaches and a manager and after 9 games nothing has changed from the past few years , as of now this team is worse than last year ( do we have 5 starters , bullpen could use help and hitting could use a spark , we don't have the ingredients for success right now ) ... I'm not going to harp on the weather or the new coaches, but I will on the players , we hardly have a superstar ( buxton the closest ), no clutch performing players ... Why wait till a quarter of the season is over to swap players out , we need a spark now and Tristan Gray is the only one so far that had a nice game ...

    Early season started in March , way to early to have baseball in the north country with lousy weather most certain , both teams played through the rain , snow and cold , someone has to win but it's not going to be the twins , extra inning loss by Topa , he had a bad spring training and those stats don't count , he hasn't changed for the better for the regular season .... Tony & rodney says he hasn't seen anyone give up and that is true , what i see is the team isn't showing they want to win , their approach to hitting ( they lack the talent in the brain ) it's awful , no hitting the pitch the other way , behind a runner when need be to move them up and stay out of a double play ( simply pull everything ) , running game isn't what it was after deadline of last year , have we bunted yet ??? I noticed last year we were bunting some but there was always speed on third when we did ( buxton and Keirsey Jr ) Andwe we were successful , so far this year it seems like jeffers is on third with less than two outs and we fail to score swinging away with no plan to place the ball , remember arraez always looked around the field before stepping into the box , he had a plan and followed through alot , even arraez couldn't spark this team , it takes a team effort from the players that want to win , I'm sure they want to win but it just isn't showing , I'll shut my trap if we win 12 in arow ...

    Well after 2 wins , it was bound to happen they would play a real lousy game ... It was a team effort on lack of consistency ... No fire + no heart = no win ...

    Good question , the head can withstand the cold except for the ears , the body has all the organs that need to stay warm ... They should buy those paper thin heated vest under their uniforms, they wouldn't even be noticeable ...
