  1. I want to see more 95+ mph fastballs from Alcala.
  2. Advantage Cleveland, with two high-leverage bullpen arms most likely out tonight.
  3. Kirilloff is hitting .000, what a bum! /s/
  4. Stephan has been really good this year.
  5. Gallo or Kirilloff? Whichever one doesn't hit for Solano, probably hits for Castro.
  6. Maybe the two less than barreled hits can get Miranda going.
  7. I try not to be hugely negative, but right now if the homers don't come, the Twins don't score. They haven't fanned much today, but they really haven't been able to keep the line moving.
  8. Okay Twins, the other guys have poked you (softly) in the face. Time to respond.
  9. Dereck Rodriguez better get ready.
  10. Sonny's ERA is gonna suffer. The Twins have not played professionally behind him.
  11. No errors charged, but that is four plays that should have been made already.
  12. Buxton is drawing quite a few more walks lately.
  13. Pressing? If you go back one week instead of 10 days, Jose's numbers are not great. 1-18 with 5 Ks.
  14. Dick and LaTroy discussing strikeouts. The Twins have struck out 321 times going into today and their pitchers have struck out 324 batters.
  15. From what I can see the Guardians don't have lefty in the bullpen. So, if they get Allen out of there, the left handed hitters can come in without fear of a bad matchup.
  16. Guess who is in second place in the AL Central? If you have noticed, the Motor City Kitties have moved a full game ahead of the Guardians.
  17. Seems unbelievable to me, and I’m a pretty big Willi Castro guy.
  18. If you believe in BWar, Willi has the highest WAR of any position player not named Buxton.
  19. Depending on who gets injured next among position players, Willi might not spend long in St. Paul if, in fact, he is sent down. My best guess is Miranda to the IL, followed by a brief rehab.
  20. No, they were already bringing up Rodriguez and were going to send down another pitcher, probably Winder. The Rodriguez move had been announced and Larnach was listed in the starting lineup, but with Thielbar surprisingly going on the Il, they were able to call up Kirilloff, who otherwise would be frozen in AAA until 5/10. The rosters are capped at 13 pitchers, so they couldn’t add another pitcher without subtracting one.
