    Two really different hitters: Polanco sells out to pull at least early in the count. Kirilloff seems to prefer going opposite field.

    Correa missed those games with a back issue, not really days off.

    I haven't seen anything about Alcala being optioned. I believe the poster was calling for the move, but to my knowledge, it hasn't been done.

    Headrick threw five innings for the Saints today. An immediate change could be Sands (unfortunately I approve). Rodriguez only threw about 10 pitches, so he’s likely to stick around.

    Very similar to the loss to SD in the first game of that series. Close game, broken open late by a long homer yielded by Alcala. Very disappointed in Alacala, running out of patience with Jax. If the offense is averaging 5-6 hits per game, it begins to get hard to win games.

    No Ks this inning. Gray limited the damage. Key play was the line drive to Gordon, who threw to the proper base and kept the tying run off third.

    Correa's double bounced into the bullpen, and the center fielder wasn't even in the picture when the ball bounced over the fence. They are shading him well into right-center with the CF.

    Smyly now charged with two earned runs. That is a true injustice.

    For those unable to see the game, Farmer was a dead duck with a good throw, but Wisdom's throw wasn't very good and Gomes didn't hold the ball. Castro's double was hard-hit, but less than a foot inside the line.
