  1. Me as well. But it's Friday, and I approached it as I would a Randballs Stu headline. Go Twins!
  2. I like the run differential of only -2 after sweeping the Angels. Sure, it's been a bumpy ride so far, but this team has potential. And how about Buxton. I never thought I'd see him running and playing centre like this ever again. Cool!
  3. @jkcarew Well said (or sung) Man oh man...smh
  4. Yeah, but y'know, I think Cody stick-handled his way around that really skillfully. Enjoyed the article. Greetings from Toronto🙂
  5. Ain't that the truth, in the short term, anyway. (great tune, though)
  6. Well, seeing as you are sweetmusicviola, how about Mickey Jagger? Twins theme song: "You Can't Always Get What You Want"
  7. Too bad Soto's off the market🙂 Seriously, a ray of light in these dark December days.
  8. As a native Montrealer, thanks for not mentioning poutine in the Julien post.😊
  9. Re Aaron's comment regarding plantar fasciitis: Checked online; " Plantar fasciitis may present bilaterally in a third of the cases . Therefore, not random that Correa's had it in both heels.
  10. Plantar fasciitis tends to be chronic. Correa has famously failed physicals (twice) before. Bit of a catch-22, but the heel issue could be a significant factor in his remaining a Twin.
  11. Ironically, and catch-22ishly, plantar fasciitis may well keep Correa a Twin. That's great, now just increase the damn payroll.
  12. Sure, and maybe the Twins can coax Andrelton Simmons out of retirement to play ss, and we can watch him push the ball to first.🙂
  13. On a positive note, Kyle Farmer lowered his ERA to 6.75🙂
  14. I'd never thought of this before right now, but maybe as he ages (31 in Dec.), he'll become a corner outfielder. Might sound unthinkable now, but we shall see. Lot of years left on his contract.
  15. Well written article, Matt. Well articulated. Thank you. As Audra said in her post, this really is hard to wrap your head around. This collapse seemed excruciatingly slow and lightning quick simultaneously; to me, anyway. Gonna take time.
  16. Which just adds to the frustration.
  17. Well, apparently, Julien is still in the Twins plans, at least for tonight. He's leading off and DHing.
  18. Actually, Cleveland has had trouble with them. Go figure!
  19. Nah. As insipid as they have been, they could never do that. Classical music dulls the pain . So does making light of the situation.🙂
