Congrats! Buying a first home is a huge thing. Enjoy the stack of documents. I remember thinking that the lawyer I used, who I had just met the day before, kept saying "Sign that one, don't worry about it." I was uncomfortable, to say the least.

We have had a lot of issues (going on 2 months of trying to close) we have done all the paper work at least twice. It is a flipped home and apparently it is more work to buy than it is to completely remodel.
