Oh gosh, not even close. Chikdress/Moss fight, Ponder, I'd also argue that the cousins/zimmer/Speilman fiasco hurt the team more. But they did get a comp pick for him so he didn't walk for nothing.

The Chilly/Moss fight was his 2nd go around here at the tail end of his career. I’ll give you that trading Randy Moss in his prime was a worse decision. Darnold #2. 

Ponder decision may look just like McCarthy by this time next year.
