Yep...also check out the other stats...I would not be surprised if Wallner is sent to AAA..hope that I am wrong..

You’re just making stuff up. He had 2 awful back to back appearances in mid April. 7 ER in 1.1 IP. Since then:

31 appearances - 29.1 IP - 1.84 ERA - 44 K - 6 BB.

ERA (actually, not cherry picked) 4 and a quarter.

He basically gives up a run every other outing. 2 appearances equals 2 innings. Give up a run every other outing and it inches up to 4 and a half.

That isn't elite.  That isn't good.  It is at very best average for ALL PITCHERS REGARDLESS. And for the #2 out of the pen, it is awful. 

 

Edit- he has blown 6 games, and looked horrific doing that.  Not good...

You clearly lack any critical thinking skills. What do you think happens to his overall ERA when he gives up 7 runs in 2 appearances early in the season? And he pitches 1 inning at a time from that point to improve the ERA? I posted his stats since that point and nothing was retained. Not worth discussing any further.

6 blown games.  If he keeps up his pace (which you are defending without actually showing anything) he'll have 10 or 11 blown games at his feet.
