I like how our announcers simply imply it's all about NY's park that Cano hits so many HR. Until last year, there was not much of a difference from year to year between his home and road HR totals. Not any different than most players. Last year there was a 11 HR difference, but he still had 11 on the road.

when did we sign Perkins to 'a long term contract' to be our closer? He can be a FA after two more seasons, right? I know there's options for 2016, but still. 3 years is long term, especially when they had control of him regardless for 2013 before he became a FA if they didn't sign him?

Actually, I'll be up slow smoking a brisket. Son (USAF...love that boy) and wife are due in tomorrow for the long weekend. All three kids will be home, actually. My new granddaughter will be here as well. She hates the Yankees. Love that little girl.
