Paddack was mediocre today. But, when you look as bad as the Twins do at the plate, it's hard to fault the starting pitcher.

If this was 2019 and the Bomba Squad, the Twins would be up 7-2 right now and Paddack would be eyeing up the 6th for a 'quality start'. The bats are killing this team.

His last three starts are 1,1,2 runs given up in five innings. Festa is good, and I want him in Minnesota. But it's not impossible to want paddock over him right now, as was stated.

Exactly. I'm always baffled at fans attacking Twins pitchers this season. Aside from Jax, there really isn't anyone that's been downright terrible. The bats on the other hand have been lifeless, and offensive execution has been atrocious. When the Twins have a man on 2nd and 0 outs, nobody here is surprised when he never gets moved over to 3rd before the end of the inning.

Go to a JV baseball game in Brainerd, you'll see better hitting fundamentals.
