I don't think their defense is good enough to get past both SF and whoever comes through the AFC, but if they improve their talent on defense in the coming years, they have a chance. They found their coach I believe.

With XPs further out it’s optimal to go for 2 when down 8. It’s 95% XP vs about 55% to get the extra two. Of course, they need to dial up a better play on that conversion.

I’m happy for the Lions. They deserve it and I hope they beat the 49ers. Lions and Bills Super Bowl is what I’m hoping for. But I’m good with the Ravens as well - they are legit.

I used to pull for teams that had never won before, as a good karma thing. But it’s obviously never worked. I could maybe pull for the Bills to win one even though their fans are kind of annoying with their schtick. But no I couldn’t pull for the lions. They can’t get one before the Vikings.
