For him to be even within shadow distance of Gallo, he has to fix the hole in his glove.

He does strike out too much but his OPS is about 100 points higher than Brooks Lee.  Of course, Lee has more defensive value but let's not run Severino out of town because of his K rate.  Let's hope instead that he works that down early next year and contributes to the big league club.

I’m really skeptical of his overall prospect value. He’s another guy that really is a DH assuming he can hit mlb pitching which is a big if. Having said that if you are on the forty man there is a decent chance you will be called up due to multiple injuries etc.
