Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Two things need to happen, decent starting pitching, and scoring some runs. Without both, we could hit double digits in this lossing string. This road trip is going to tell alot about the future for some of these guys. Posted that on the 19th. And now we're at 10. When will it end?

Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I can't see P. J. defeating the Tigers today. The bats will have to be on fire if we want to win. I'm actually excited to see Colabello-Parmelee-Ramirez bat. I hope one of them does something great.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted May 25, 2013 Author Posted May 25, 2013 I'm actually excited to see Colabello-Parmelee-Ramirez bat. Spin that statement 180 degrees and that's how I feel about seeing Colabello-Parmelee-Ramirez in the lineup.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Yeah! Mauer HR!We're actually winning!
Top Gun Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Rangers claimed OF Joe Benson off waivers from the Twins
GCTF Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 This bodes well as the Twins have won all previous games in which Mauer homered on a day game following a night game against a right handed pitcher that had at one time played for the Mariners while the sun was shining.
buckninetyone Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 not sure if you can say the twins have the lead until they're at least up by ten.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 3-0... C'mon Correia... Relax and Spot your pitches.
Top Gun Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Danny Valencia launched a two-run homer and drew a walk in Saturday's win over the Blue Jays. Valencia, who was called up from the minors last week, has now homered in back-to-back games.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 3-0... C'mon Correia... Relax and Spot your pitches. Oops... I mean... c'mon Walters... Relax and spot your pitches.

Valencia and Delmon Young were the only two Twins from the past decade that I never want to see again.

Did you find that on Baseball-Reference or on Fangraphs?
GCTF Verified Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 A player who used to play for the Twins did something of note for the team he nows plays for against a team that isn't the Twins. #everytopgunpostevermade

He's kind enough to share some information when he runs across it. If everyone in the world was like that. We would all know what Winona Ryder looks like naked.

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 A little lumpy. Of course we'd also know what Glunn looks like naked and we don't want that.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 A little lumpy. No...That's Wynona Judd.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Soon as I start watching, Detroit catches fire.

Reginald Maudling's Shin Provisional Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I wonder what PJ was jawing about as he left the mound?

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Perfect slide by Willingham... The team needs to execute slides like that... He does and the ump blows it.
glunn Community Moderator Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Good First inning for PJ. "The Wall"!
