sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Uphill again. Facing a 2-1 deficit after a 2 run dinger that Buxton didn't quite make it to... Not as much uphill these days as earlier in the season. Testing our mettle.
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 2-1 Reds. Twins fanning too much tonite and leaving men on base. Bux with 2 real bad AB's. Sano and Garver ...about normal. Cruz still has to get some good swings. Berrios has this happen to him a lot. One pitch can bury him when his mates aren't giving him run support. Sano is now reminding me of Chris Davis. Davis can't hit the beach with sand. He needs to start making contact again....anywhere.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Buxton catches that.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Buxton catches that.moustakas homer?
operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 This Lorenzen guy is weird looking! He looks like one of those guys in the woods from the movie Deliverance!
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 If the Indians lose tonight they cannot get 1st place
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 "Looks like a line drive in the box score" said everyone, everywhere
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Garver goes yard here. Edit: so close
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Polanco with the infield hit.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Garver goes yard here. Edit: so closeC'mon Gonzalez. Make it not matter.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 The Reds aren't shifting the 3B. They know better than to go for a fielding advantage with one out at the expense of allowing a big lead by the runner at third.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Godawful AB, Marwin.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Reds messed up the relay. Polanco could have scored, now Gonzalez and Kepler can't get it done.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 There will be other innings.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Reds messed up the relay. Polanco could have scored, now Gonzalez and Kepler can't get it done.yeah but you can’t anticipate that
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Thanks for the story Marney... you happy now
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Twins with some butt ugly AB's with runners on base tonite. Again, too many k's. Is this going to be one of those nights?
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Call me a perfectionist, but I don't think the lineup is "long enough" with Sanó and Gonzalez near the Mendoza line, and if Donaldson can't play even more so. Garver hit another ball hard, but his Ks have been excessive.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Does anyone know a joke?
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Berrios with another low quality start
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Does anyone know a joke?Jose Berrios
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Rays winTwins now can not be #1 seed.
operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 Berrios is toastWith chipped beef and cream sauce!
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 and this game has gotten away from us. Reds getting key hits; Twins are striking out.Berrios was good initially, but its time to get him out of there.
