Spielman should be gone at the least. He's had years to figure out qb and offensive line and hasn't.

Cousins has been terrible lately. Slow to throw, and way too conservative. Is it due to the playcalling? Sure he gets pressured, but he has had plenty of chances to make throws and hasn't.

I think getting knocked down 20 times a game eventually gets to you. Kurt Warner had that problem a few years, too.
