I like the idea a lot, but I'm unclear of the standard, as there seems to be a mix of recent production, season production, potential future production, value as a trade asset, and hype.   Explaining how you weigh each factor would go along way to putting them in context, and making them meaningful.

Generally speaking it's just like power rankings are for MLB teams. Part how are things going now, and part how they've been going lately and a little of how the season has gone as well.

That's my thought as it seems a player could go up/down in a series. Too mercurial in my opinion, but a nice read.
