Finkle and Marino all over again.  Not being a Vikes fan, I'm not as bothered about what happened out there today as many Vikes fans are.  I sympathize with most of the fans here who are Vikings fans.

I'm not much of a Viking fan so that game was just fun to watch.  If a game like that is going to finally go the other way for the Vikings, you probably don't want to waste it on a first round playoff game anyways.

You just kind of get used to it. The Vikings ways to lose games. I wonder if it's time to try and get something of value for AP (one of the biggest chokers we seem to have). Zimmer may be a good coach, but it just seems like choking is part our culture. I'm really tiring of it personally.

This team wasn't good enough to win big games. I'm not sure who to blame the lackluster offense on, but it just wasn't good enough. If one of those field goals was converted to a touch down they win the game. Pretty tough to win games with field goals.

 

Going forward this team is in the rise. The drawbacks of teddy were on full display. He is going to struggle in this league with his release and conservative nature. I don't buy that receivers aren't getting open, I question whether he can make big throws. Luckily, I do think they compete for the playoffs again next year.
