JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 CBU 2-1 Royals after 7 Twins score 1 on Rosario HR
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Author Posted June 9, 2015 I think Rosario is here to stay. BTW, be leads all Twins left-handed hitters with three homers.
Platoon Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 There's a punctuation rule that I generally choose to ignore for the sake of a more conversational literary atmosphere: don't start sentences with coordinating conjunctions. And while I'm at it (look, I just did it!), I might as well add that a lot of older people don't like it when you use slang in writing. That's a rule that I religiously disregard. I have found a lot of my conjunctions uncoordinated.

drock2190 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Can the Twins score against davis and Holland? I'll stand on my head if they do tie this game up

Rosario wasn't trusted, DanSan would ride the pine in case Escobar was "needed" in left field.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Thompson just doesn't have it these days

mnsportsgeek Provisional Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I kinda liked Thompson a month ago, but he's really struggling.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Why in the Heck is Thompson on the roster when he can't see the signs? Get vision correction surgery or glasses, or you've proven you don't want it enough
nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Thompson can't see which fingers Suzuki puts down? No concern here!
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Man, I hope the Blackhawks pull this one out
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Author Posted June 9, 2015 Thompson started strong, but he has been very hittable for awhile. He should be in the demotion discussion along with Stauffer and Duensing.
Platoon Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Is it just my selection bias, or has the twins offense been pretty hard to watch the last week+? it's not your imagination, it's the bottom half, or more of this order.

Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Man, I hope the Blackhawks pull this one outi don't care about the Wild, and I live in Illinois' playground, but still BOO!
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Cmon Twinks! Let's get this going!
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 i don't care about the Wild, and I live in Illinois' playground, but still BOO!Well, BOO to you, too!
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Author Posted June 9, 2015 To paraphrase Yogi--when you play the Royals, it gets late early.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Well, BOO to you, too! You might as well boo me while you're at it.
blairpaul715 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Ok, just watched the top of the 8th inning, i have a rules question.............runner on 3rd 2 outs , and batter strikes out, with ball in dirt, if Suzuki ends up tagging runner instead of throwing to first , but runner from 3rd scores before tag, does the run count???? I was getting kind of nervous there untill Morales was called out walking out of the dirt.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Well, BOO to you, too! its not my fault you cheer for the backhawks
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Thompson started strong, but he has been very hittable for awhile. He should be in the demotion discussion along with Stauffer and Duensing.Thompson will have to get in the line. Duensing and Stauffer are already in this line but they might be safe with their guaranteed $2M contracts.
