2 Twins on Baseball America's All Rookie Team

Baseball America named its All Rookie Team for 2014 and two members of the Minnesota Twins made the team. 

 

The team is pretty impressive, and the Twins players certainly played well enough to earn their spots.

Congrats to Danny and Kennys. Along with Arcia, the Hispanic contingent is on the way.

Pretty cool - the Twins should have players on the all-rookie team again the next few years, too.

Gibson barely missed rookie classification by just a couple innings, if I remember correctly. Wonder if he would have made it?

Sano and Meyer would have been picked as the most likely going into ST last year.  I'm sure nobody had Santana or Vargas as possibilities.  Who are the possibilities next year? Sano and Meyer are the two obvious options.  My guess is that Buxton may burn up his rookie eligibility this year, but not spend enough time to make the list. Rosario and Berrios?

I was going to say Rookie of the Year. Held back because I wanted people to think I was totally serious until the optimism part. I'm getting more serious about Eddie winning a job in Spring Training. If the Twins don't bring in anyone, I'd rather roll with Santana and Eddie in the OF with Arcia (Salsa Patrol?) or put Schafer in center and play Eddie in left.

We play our home games outdoors now, so maybe just "Sol Patrol"
