Not a fan. I'm trying to be more positive, and like more posts, and it is limited. I understand the database reasons......but not a fan.

I'm not tied to the limit, it was there by default. If people raise enough of a ruckus, I'll bump the numbers up.

You guys are getting a number of new members -- large majority of them from Elizabethton.

Have you started advertising there in the way you do in CR?

It was there when we were testing the site, because it was something that you 'fixed' when we noticed the embedded video 'overhang' the comment box.

Square icon next to Size in editor. Select media. Paste your YouTube URL into Media URL.

 

Media is limited to a few sites right now (YouTube, Vimeo, a few others). If there is demand for more sites, I can add them.

Added. The only caveat is that you CANNOT use the URL found in the browser window. To link MLB.com media, you have to copy the URL you find by clicking the "Link" button just above the video you want to use.

This software is freakin' amazing. It has this rad variable replacement system for adding media. I can declare the variable in the URL and match that variable to an embed code that renders the HTML. That allows me to lock out HTML for users while still having a lot of flexibility to insert predetermined HTML into posts.

 

Long story short, if you find embed code we think should be added, I can generally set up embeds for that site within 20 minutes or so.
