Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Oh, thank you ... and here I thought I was just tired from driving a combined 1000 miles yesterday and today. Thats why you got to divide it up in little segments... Stop and smell the roses. Admire the monuments of the human spirit. See 60 canoes on a pole... The Giant Soup Can.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 We gotta solve Rubby now... That's the first time I've ever typed the above sentence.

Admire the monuments of the human spirit. See 60 canoes on a pole... The Giant Soup Can. Hey ... I saw a yard full of toilets being used as flower planters! And horses at a rest stop! And received a text welcoming me to Canada just as I was taking a picture of a port-o-potty at an overlook on Lake Champlain. I'd say that was smelling flowers, so to speak.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 See 60 canoes on a pole... The Giant Soup Can. Not all on the same day I hope. Gotta pace yourself. You don't go to Disneyworld and Universal the same day either.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Seth Stohs @SethTweets 7m Five shutout, one-hit innings for Trevor May tonight. No walks. 5 strikeouts. He's up to 64 pitches so way he starts for Twins on Thursday. He may be here soon enough.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 I've never been sold on Drew as a defensive shortstop but he comes in on a ball as good as anybody.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 17, 2014 Author Posted June 17, 2014 But I just didn't have any time to meander. If I had two weeks off in a row, then yes, I could have hit all the spots you pointed out to me. But I just didn't have time to meander and get to Vermont to see my niece graduate, and get home in time to go to work tomorrow morning.

Without question. I savor every moment like that on my road trips... I love road trips... I don't want to go to Epcot... I want to see the building made out of pants.

Brandon Verified Member Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 I guess Minnesota getting a hit is out of the question.

Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Seth Stohs @SethTweets 37m Trevor May with 3 perfect innings so far tonight for Rochester. 26/34 pitches for strikes.Seth Stohs @SethTweets 34m Trevor May gave up a leadoff double to Mookie Betts to lead off the 4th inning. After the Betts double, May struck out Shane Victorino, got a line out by Will Middlebrooks and a flyout to end the inning. Sounds like there's more happening in that game than this game.

I do road trips, yeah.
