    Exactly. That's my point. I highly doubt the Twins think he is a .240 or below hitter if they are shelling out that type of money

    He sat on fastballs all year. He even admitted to it. He is a one trick pony and will be exposed at higher levels. That's the real reason why he's starting in rookie league

    You can go over 5% for first 10 rounds. In rounds 11-40 you have a cap of $100K per player. If anyone goes over the $100k than that incremental amount goes towards the first 10 rounds money and the 5%

    Not much difference between a guy who hasn't signed but will and a guy who has signed but hasn't played yet. Also, have you seen what Granite is doing in AAA??
