  1. I first heard about Eddie Rosario when I read an article about him edging then top prospect Miguel Sano for the HR lead in Elizabethton in 2011 by a margin of 21 to 20. I'm thinking to myself who is this Rosario guy? Saw him the next year with the Beloit Snappers (got my first auto from him) who also had Miguel Sano and Kennys Vargas in the line-up. He continued to progress and impress, then came his 50 game suspension in 2014, which only seemed to motivate him even more as he made his MLB debut in 2015. Love love LOVE the way he plays the game, even though it can be maddening at times.
  2. Last night I felt like I was watching a baseball version of Groudhog Day.
  3. The only position player I can see getting considered at this point is Eddie Rosario, even though the AL outfield is loaded. He leads the team in runs, hits, AVG, HRs, and SBs. Yeah I know he should take more walks and his decision making at times can drive you crazy, but the stats are there.
  4. The Twins still like him, he's only 23, and we acquired him for only John Ryan Murphy. I would like to see him given more time to see if his stuff can eventually translate over to the bigs.
  5. Sunday morning...coffee...Twins Almanac...all is right in the world.
  6. Saw Ben help turn a 1-2-3 bases loaded double-play late in a one-run game which resulted in a Kernels victory last year. Made it look very easy. Hope to see him in person again this year.
  7. Very interesting perspective that makes one think.
  8. Always a "major" amount of good information in the Twins Minor league Report. Kudos again.
  9. I've got my snowpants and Twins bomber hat ready for Saturday's game, bring it on.
  10. A very good read while enjoying MY cup of coffee. Thanks.

What an amazing story and person.
  12. Great stuff as always, love reading names I haven't thought about in quite awhile.
  13. Time will tell whether the Burdi and Chargpis decisions were wise or not. I like to think that the Front Office knows a lot more than an average fan like me, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. Until then, the jury is out, and if Burdi and Chargois do indeed prosper I have a feeling there'll be more than 12 Angry Men.
  14. I think "Bux" will help a "ton" in helping to get rid of the bad Odor.
  15. I feel this is a every solid deal for the Twins and now I really like the depth once Santana is healthy.
  16. Love love LOVE the Twins Almanac...never miss it.
  17. Is it just me, or are the Rochester Red Wings potentially going to have an absolutely "loaded" pitching staff?
  18. I look so forward to this at the beginning of every week. Very well researched and written...splendid indeed.
  19. I live in Red Wing and love the Minnesota Twins Red Wing Pottery pieces. At the Red Wing Pottery Museum, one of the workers was telling us a story about how at one time they used to have shopping carts full of the 65' World Series ash trays selling for $2 - $3 each. Oh' to know then what I know now. LOL.
  20. I would think Boshers and Slegers, then maybe Enns would be my preference.
  21. Good to see the Twins "arming" themselves in preparation for the 2018 season. Nice pick-up.
