    Indoor baseball ... is an oxymoron. A roof in Minnesota doesn't help the other teams ... who had more postponements due to weather than the Twins. If weather is an argument to roof Target Field, it should also be an argument to roof Comerica, Wrigley, Guaranteed Rate (still an awful name), Progressive, Yankee Stadium ... it's outdoor baseball in April, wherever you are. Weather happens. GO TWINS!

    I've been hearing about this pitch, then read this article from Do-Hyoung Park. Will this pitch be like Johan's change up? An 'unhittable' pitch? One that has batters looking and going 'What the heck?' With quotes from Jeffers and Baldeli such as 'How does he do that?' and 'I've never seen anything like it' ... it's made me very (very) interested to see Duran in action and am glad he made the team. Also, finally getting some reward (hopefully) for losing Esco ... still miss that guy. Was anyone at ST witness to this pitch? What did you think? As good as is being reported?

    He has played there enough to know how it goes. But I’d have to see video of it. Hope he isn’t seriously hurt

    Gordon played out there quite a lot last year, and has been playing out there a lot this ST ... he isn't exactly without experience. And, he will be used as a backup outfielder this year. He's done an adequate job of it as a super utility guy. I hope he's okay.

    This could be your 'I want another Liriano thing' ... did they say he'd be a starter, or in the BP? I'm assuming there will be some innings limits for him this season.     Yeah, not sure ... Godoy's been DFA'd, not released, so, unless someone claims him (or has he already passed through waivers? @Otto von Ballpark), he will play somewhere in the system. If not at AAA, with Cisco (and who else is there?), then AA?

    It’s been said/suggested many times around TD that Gordon would/could spell Buxton in center, too. He’s not terrible for an occasional CF backup. It also allows Celestino to get everyday work in AAA which I think he needs

    Heh ... not really ... I still don't get the comparison other than there was disappointment involved, but we'll leave it at that and just say 'No' to 3 catchers

    Great! Send a PM to @stringer bell, as he organizes the schedule and he can give you the 'low down' and 'how tos'. I think the schedule is full for April (barring any cancellations from volunteers), but take a look at the Twins schedule and let stringer know what you'd like to do! We are always happy to fill out the schedule with new posters! Look forward to it!

    Okay ... first off ... Garcia? You mean Sanchez? Second off, it is not a comparable disappointment at all. You had a say and you had a choice, you didn't speak up. We literally have no say in what the Twins FO does and the roster choices they make. None. We can express our thoughts here, we can be disappointed, irate even, or shrug and say 'Out of my control so whatever' ... our choice is whether or not we choose to continue watching or following ... but we have absolutely no control over whether or not there will be 3 catchers on the team. Where you go to dinner, you have a say, you have a choice. It's just not the same. Maybe it's still disappointment, but you could have altered that outcome, so it's not comparable. And now we are off the beaten trail again. But, back to where this started ... I agree ... we don't need 3 catchers on the roster. Others have a different opinion on that assessment. But I'll sigh with resignation because it is what it is because I have absolutely no control over it.
