Why wasn't Escobar on the shortstop side? We've seen the shift where Sano is on the 2B side and Escobar is on the shortstop side by himself. That's an out if Escobar is on the shortstop side.
Exactly. I've said that many times, but you'll never win that argument. And it gets even harder to bunt it to the 3B side if the lefty is being pitched inside (especially offspeed pitches).
