    The Twins just improved an already really good bullpen by signing lefty Coulombe. If the Twins keep Jeffers and Vasquez (smart, experienced, catchers) and C-4 plays his usual sterling SS and somebody is placed at 1B who can catch errant throws from 3B and 2B ,and Buck plays CF then all the starting pitchers for the Twins should be rejoicing.

    The Yankees have "owned" the Twins ever since Pedro Ramos left the Senators/Twins. Ramos used to beat the Evil Empire regularly.

    There is a reason a team places a catcher on waivers. Keep both Jeffers and Vasquez. Let's see what the Twins have in Cartaya before 2026.

    I agree 100 per cent. It is my belief the Twins' flawed platooning, and lack of fundamental situational hitting (advance the runner by sacrificing and/or hitting behind the runner and too many double plays), led to a lack of Twins' late inning offensive rallies.

    Rosey outlook. I'll be checking all these prospects and others in Ft. Myers in 2 months. I can't wait. I received a "Salty Papa's Shrimp House" (located at Ft. Myers) gift card and tee shirt for my birthday. two days ago. Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.

    The Twins did not exactly trade from a position of strength...left-handed pitchers. Trading Moran is a head scratcher for me.

    How many of you would have signed Max Kepler to play for the Twins for  2025 for 10 million dollars?  I'll make the first vote - Yes.

      The Twins and Phillies compete on different plateaus. Would i like Max Kepler? Yes. Can the AL Central teams afford that pay? No.

      I think $10M for a fourth OF defensive replacement is too much for the AL Central.

      Why are we concerned about what other AL Central teams can afford?  If Larnach & Wallner can combine for a 6 WAR, $10 Million for Kepler is too much.  Really think they're gonna do that?

    Tyler Jay, Kohl Stewart, Cavaco, Miguel Sano, Alex Kirilloff. Gordon, Sabato, Levi Michael vs. Buxton, Lewis, Lee , two years of Sonny Gray ( traded for Chase Petty, the Reds 8th ranked prospect). I hate to be a downer, but the Twins should not sign Jenkins or Erod to a long term deal yet. The probability of handcuffing a historically limited payroll is too great. But the main reason the Twins won't sign these two prospects is that the owners are trying to sell the team and new owners may not like this risky proposition.

    If Castellano adds velo to his pitches, due to a move to the bullpen, that may free up Jax to start. Why no lefty relievers? Is this a new statistically based decision, or are the Twins just going with what they already have ......which is ???
