    This is a bad football team right now. Fortunately the NFL is a game of halfs. Green Bay looks fired up though and I don’t know if the Purple has the talent to mount a comeback.

    He looked good that one drive. You can’t blame hall or judge him for his pocket presence on that one strip sack. Mullens is obviously the better passer of the three except for his inability to protect the ball under pressure.

    Honestly, I would lean towards Jaren Hall over the other two. He’s not great but he feels more like he could manage a game and not screw something up for no good reason.

    My memory doesn’t go back very far, but if I recall, Dobbs and Mullens had bad first halfs then picked it up in the 2nd half Honestly just call a dump off to the halfback to get this guy a completion

    Just read that the officiating crew who did the Detroit-Dallas game last night was the same one that did the Packers-Chiefs, which was basically one of the worst officiated games in a long time. MLB umpires have nothing on NFL officials as far as affecting an outcome.

    It was foreseeable that the handling of Buxton in 2023 might not work. A ton of fans questioned the approach to Buxton in real time, from the very beginning when he didn’t play in live games in spring training, all the way through to activating him for Game 4 of the ALDS. The bottom line is if a player is hurt, he probably belongs on the injury list. That was the assumption of many people including me in 2023. Some people made an exception for Buxton despite evidence, because we have all seen how good he can be at times. Fair enough.

    The feeling and medical opinion must have changed when they put Buxton in the OF in September.
