    Awesome. I bet they all loaded up on concessions and merch, too. 🙃 By the way, one of the ‘E’ guys got into a nasty argument with his wife that night, and couldn’t make it. So the other guys just settled for S-E-L-L, T-E-A-M, and the other T and H guys went bare chested for a couple innings.

    The responsibility ultimately did fall to Joe Pohlad, and that's why I was glad when Joe Pohlad was removed in the palace coup by Tom Pohlad (did not see it coming). Without judging Falvey's personality or baseball knowledge, there were just too many interviews from Falvey over the years that all sounded the same, just not breaking through the noise with anything meaningful to say, and sometimes I had to wonder if we were even following the same team. Ditto for all the praise heaped on Carlos Correa signing when that happened. I can easily imagine Tom Pohlad getting that same gut feeling I had when hearing Falvey, and ultimately letting him go to greener pastures.

    I assume Anthony Edwards has massive input on these moves? That’s the nature of this sport. We are coming in to Years 7 & 8 when its the time these franchise guys start winning rings.

    If you think now is the time to trade Jeffers, then last year’s deadline would have been an even better time to trade him. I’m on the record of wanting to extend Jeffers and I’m not moving off that just because Yankees. But if the Twins can wait and see if a team offers up a true blue chip prospect. If so, maybe trade him I guess. Another ‘Top 100’ doesn’t really do anything for me. Who are the can’t miss catchers coming up in the system?

    My favorite moderating action was always deleting, like, 6 or 7 consecutive identical posts of someone who was mashing the Submit button because they did not instantly see their original post show up right away to enlighten us all. not site's fault, or the poster's fault, by the way.. just a glitch we are all trying to navigate (kind of like the years 2025-2026 *cough*)

    I'm sure one of those was mine, reacting impolitely, and then removing it. Sorry. You have great opinions, and it shouldn't matter whether I agree with them or not. (because I've bought into the hype that it's impossible to disagree politely, or something)
