    Good call on the FO. This poorly constructed and managed roster is a problem. I’m fully convinced that Jenkins is Captain America but even he cannot save the 2026 season.

    Bobby Nightengale: Joe Ryan threw 26 pitches in a simulated “inning” of live at-bats at CHS Field today. Stuff looked good and he felt good. Austin Martin was one of the hitters who faced him.

    Hard to get excited for this club lately. Been following here on TD, Gleeman/Geek, Skor North but haven’t watched a game since the Field of Dreams. Hope they win!

    The offense has scored 3.8 runs per game in the 2nd half (league average is 4.3) Only 4 of their batters have an above average OPS+ in that time - Keasch, Lewis, Bell, Jeffers (Culpepper has looked good) They need offensive help or the season is cooked.

    Playoffs would be cool and great for the team. They aren’t going to make it. The offense has been bad since the ASG and the rotation is on fumes.
