    I stopped buying Nike products years ago. I had purchased a Twins long-sleeve T and it ended up being cheap crap at an inflated price. After one wash the material started to fray and bunch up and the logo started to chip.

    It's certainly Wallner's to lose, although neither he nor Larnach have a big sample of MLB at-bats. Wallner's performance thus far mimics what he did in the minors, which is encouraging. I really want to see what Martin can do. His OBP has always been good, and he an steal some bases,

    Ten years from now, I wonder if we'll think of this season as the one that got away. This was not a perfect team, but the stars were aligning. If only they had gotten past Houston. They won the season series against Rangers.

    Thanks for these write ups and the videos. Some of us have heard the names, but we don't get to watch them play. Lewis has kind of a funky delivery. He starts his windup with his glove lower down his chest than others. It seems to allow for a quick delivery and maybe makes his fastball seem faster than it is.

    I was all for releasing Kepler last June. He was bad. So obviously I wouldn't be in favor of a three year extension. I hope he changes my mind this season.

    That was my first reaction. Also, I felt certain people in the pen were overused last year because they had two slots dedicated to guys like Sands and Winder that they refused to use in anything but mop up duty. Overall, I don't disagree with this move. It gives them options in case of injuries and under performance. After it all shakes out, they could have a really solid bullpen.

    Maybe, maybe not. I assumed DeSclafani was a throw in that the Twins had to accept to complete the deal. That has to be the case...right? Right?????

    And I completely agree with the premise of the article...... adding DeSclafani creates nothing but questions. Maybe another shoe will drop in the next couple weeks.

    I seriously hope the Twins front office is not planning for DeSclafani to be a key part of the rotation. They will be lucky to get 10 starts out of him.

    I wonder if the Brewers view Hall as a reliever or starter. I don't understand why the Brewers are doing this. They just came off a season where they ran away with the division and are sure to be in the playoff mix again in 2024.

    There's a reason the M's basically paid the Twins to take him. I'm not expecting much. They still need to add another starter.

    I know you're joking, but if he shows up to Ft Myers and his elbow is still giving him problems, I hope they cut bait and not keep sending him out there to get shelled.

    As far as I'm concerned the Twins still need to add a starter. DeScalfani might be cooked. I assume the Twins had to take him to help out Seattle's payroll.
