    The bell tolls to left , hes been hitting to the opposite field lately batting left handed if you haven't noticed ... Professional hitters hit to all fields , why why & why they don't emphasize this to the plan I have no idea ...

    I'd agree to your list , mendez stands out because he is playing good baseball in AAA and some of the players that also showed good promise and have already played some major league baseball are injured ...

    I wouldn't disagree with Buxton being the best hitter in May , he is DHing now because of hip injury but now I read it's his shoulder ( which is it ? ) , he hasn't produced much batting in the DH spot , does he need to rest on the IL list , not sure , he stole second base last night so is his hip okay and his shoulder the injury ... Back to the list , yes the hitters improved for May , but what's hurting the twins is the defense and that hurts the pitching staff as they have to record more outs and throw more pitches ...

    Another team that is shocking right now is the St Louis Cardinals , the organization is top notch , they have traded away veterans and reassembled their roster with younger players and in second place in NL central ... Why are our prospects fail

    Less than ten games ago , some of the hitters were trending towards the 300 hundred average , now they seem to be trending backwards towards the Mendoza line ...

    I've been advocating this for quite sometime , I'm not sure they instruct hitting to the opposite field anymore , you see other teams doing it but not enough on the twins roster ...

    The twins did manage to average close to 6 runs a game in the series , however Pittsburgh managed to average over 8 runs per game ... Games 1 and 2 were entertaining one run losses , game 3 ( the sweep ) was listless ... The FO , scouts , Ownership are not doing very good at shaking up this roster , do they have any regrets , I'm sure they do now that Ober is injured , SWR designated , I'm sure they are second guessing themselves now ... Injuries , injuries and injuries ... Where are all the good healthy players gone , if they have to find one in AA , then do it , why can't we draft a player that is capable to player in the big leagues nearly right away ... Other teams are finding and drafting players that spend less than a year in proball before being called up to the big leagues ...

    There plan has been to play Outman and leave every decent uninjured player in AAA , fedko or one might spark something , seem like a good bat and plays hard , seem like Keirsey Jr and that big guy McCusker has made them gun shy ... I don't want to see wallner or Lewis until they have proven again that they have done everything possible in AAA before being promoted...

    I sure hope we don't have to wait all to long ... It was a entertaining game , interesting too , umpires don't allow a challenge and Lowe ejected for foul language to firstbase umpires ... I to am going to enjoy the twins games just to see highlights like Benny Revere tripping over 2nd base and summersaulting and still getting a triple ... I just can't forget that triple , highlight of 2013 I believe ... Losing streak continues , hope they can muster a getaway win tomorrow ... Kind of crazy thinking but Martin's hitting has suffered since he was moved from leftfield to a new position of rightfield , he's playing the position as well as he did in leftfield so it's most likely just a coincidence ...

    It's definitely been interesting with the twins battling back ... But the umpires with Lowe batting and challenging and then getting thrown out for foul language ... Interesting ...
