    Wow , not a good home opener after 3 wins on the road ... Pitching just wasn't on for this one , 20 walks given up , as much as I'd like to place blame on twins executives but whos to blame really ,( the pitchers )... You watch this game of baseball long enough and you never know what you will see for the first time ...

    Most of us fans were all stunned that Gray made the roster out of spring training ... Gray is not a replacement for shortstop but can be a utility player at all positions on the infield ... Lee has been just an average 1st round player, was he rushed and not given the proper development , was he not properly handled by the previous manager , is he a 3rd basemen , shortstop or a 2nd basemen ... Lee says he feels comfortable playing shortstop, his natural college position and pro ball , he played there after the deadline and had mixed results , let's find out after a quarter of the season has past and see how hard he worked in the offseason on his game to improve and have this conversation again then ... It would be nice if we could have a lineup called Murderers Row , but that takes talent and our system just isn't enhancing their talent ...

    Shelton's got to emphasize and kick some butt , a cold offense with missed opportunities isn't going to win games ... I dont think the defense has had any errors , that could be a positive ... But the blunders of this child's game has to stop with these professional boys of summer ...

    Why after spring training and 3 games into the season is twins daily doing a poll on shelton , do we approve or not approve ... I for one approve but have yet to take the poll .... Its a difficult challenge for shelton to take over basically the same team , the players need motivation and a better direction than the previous manager and FO gave them .... As for the 1-2 record on the road , guess we have to take it , yes mistakes were made and at the professional level should not happen , Shelton's job , coaches and the psychologist need to hone the players to be sharper on their decisions ...

    Thanks for the update , nice to see the saints off to a great start ... Kreidler hitting probably isn't sustainable , I dont know what his minor league stats are , always heard he was a glove first player ... Back to 6 game series again ...

    WELL , WE'RE WAITING ... Was there an explanation for our baserunners getting out on the basepaths , everyone loves aggressive base running but they have to be smart about it ... Hitting in the clutch , it just doesn't seem to come from any of our homegrown players that we developed , we haven't developed a player that scores 100 runs , we haven't developed a player that has 100 rbi's in a season for quite sometime .... Let's face it the twins just haven't developed much talent to be competitive , I hope the time has come and it will change ... It was a good game but I thought it was suppose to be the bullpen arms that were suppose to lose it ...
