    I agree , evaluate another year in 2026 but next year he is our centerfielder , his replacements haven't performed as well as buxton since the deadline for sure , balls that are hit over the replacements heads aren't being caught , but buxton would have made those catches ... Buxton is our centerfielder for 2026 when healthy ...

    The main problem with our players is not enough of them are elite 5 tool players or our philosophy in coaching is not utilizing their strengths ... I see both as a problem but coaching at the ML level should continue to take the talent they have and teach that talent to be a better talent , the teaching should never quit, I just don't see this organization at the ML level as teachers ... Oh , I was thrilled that inning when Detroit took a commanding lead over the Yankees ...

    I read from top to bottoms and yes second base is shakey on defense for now , keaschall should improve with defense if the coaching staff is doing it's job ... This article also represents a problem at other positions on defense , they're not all that good ...

    The entertainment value of getting consecutive hits and bunching hits and runs together has become a lost art .... The other night Detroit against Yankees , Detroit strung hits , walks and homers in one inning , around 10 batters consecutively got on base before an out was recorded ... THAT WAS ENTERTAINMENT , A CHA CHA CHA ...

    Sat -i re 🤣... Get rid of the DH , pitchers can probably hit better than the rest of the lineup ... I haven't read the blog , I'll do it now...

    Sure hope the bat starts to be better , he had a good rookie year with the dodgers and 2023-24 he couldn't duplicate it , sound familiar, we still have a few of those that shouldn't be here ... He'll probably make the team out of spring training next year ... His defense hasn't been good in CF , left field might be his calling ...

    Close game is right , but closeness only counts in horseshoes , hand grenades and shaving .... 6 hits and 2 were homers to produce 3 runs , , twins walked alot , bases full a few times , can't seem to bunch the hits consecutively , they should have watched Detroit against the Yankees last night , detroit sent close to a dozen players consecutively before the first out was recorded in the inning ...

    Good catch , I forgot about that one .. Still been along time since a real twins pitcher that could really hit and kaat was one of them ... I liked the national league when they didn't have the DH and pitchers had to hit , there was alot of good pitchers that could hit and help there cause in winning a game ...

    Kitty kaat was the last twins pitcher to hit a homerun in 1972 , Fitzgerald was the pitcher in the 8th inning and batted in the 9th inning technically being labeled a pitcher and hit the first homerun for a Twins pitcher since kaat ... It was a rough game to watch , I kept dozing in and out , I only saw zebby give up 3 runs in the first and Fitzgerald hit the 2 run homerun in the 9th ... I missed most of the game but then again I didn't miss much of the game , it was a good game to take naps ...

    It a good day when the Yankees lose to an opponent ... It's a great day when the twins beat the Yankees ... I was watching that game , Detroit sent up a bunch of hitters and scored a bunch of runs with no body out in that seventh inning , commanding lead by detroit ...

    The team could be close to the least relevant team of the 30 teams as of now but there still in the conversations about the deadline purge . We have a relevant history that most true fans know around the country , I travel alot and strike up baseball conversations if I notice someone wearing baseball apparel , they know our great players that put on a twins uniform ...

    I'm watching the angels broadcast , they are kinda boring but better than Provus ... I think baldelli is paying the cameraman in California to film him in the dugout , I see more than i want too of Rocco , the game is between the lines , not the dugout ...
