    It's a lost season , all there saying about Keirsey Jr is he's on the 40 man roster and now back on the 28 team roster , if he's on the roster it doesn't matter who gets the at bats in the lost season, yes i would have preferred a couple of others called up and have a look see , maybe Keirsey Jr could get on a nice month of hitting if given a consistent chance , I'm sure he won't, he'll be defense and base runner only ...

    I concur on being spoiler against the Yankees, I have also retained in the back of my mind that the Padres are battling the dodgers and we didn't help them , yes I'd like to see the Padres win the division , who wouldn't over the dodgers , the Padres are supposed to beat teams like the Twins , it didn't happen ... Twins had a good game today , Ryan 7 innings , 5 hits and no runs allowed , buxton back on a streak again ...

    Starting pitching was good and our closer fittsgerald's one inning was good , it was everything else in the middle of the game (the bullpen failed )

    Matthew's didn't walk anyone , only had 3 strikeouts , unexpected bullpen worked hard to stay out of trouble and hold off for win ....

    Any witch way you look at it , wallner is who he is .... Defense ; Not quite average outfielder , he doesn't seem to be athletic , bad routes and to many are over his head , has wallner ever caught any difficult ball at the fence , he played alot of leftfield in 2024 and seemed to be better in leftfield , everyone raves about his arm as a cannon but with no accuracy runners gamble for a extra base ... Offense : his hitting has slumped in 2025 , his production sucks in the clutch , 20 homeruns with 35 rbi's and his production sucks for the season , he walks , gets hit by pitch enough to get on base for a OBP and OPS but his confidence at the plate is noticeable, , he seems to be in disagreement with the umpire when batting , I'd rather he goes down swinging on a pitch that he can handle rather than lunging at off speed pitches ,... earlier post mentioned his batting stance , yes it could use some tweaking but it's been the same since his debut with no apparent adjustments ... He's in the group of frustrated players like Julien , lewis , larnach , Miranda and others ...

    If fedko needs to work on his hitting , let him work on it with the twins for a month and then send him to the Arizona fall league ... I'd like to swap Cardenas for Gasper , it can't hurt for a month, he's got some tools to be a backup catcher for now and if he shows potential for a month , send him to the AFL ...

    Look how many twins players are currently number 1 draft choices on the team already ... A high draft choice has the status to be a good player but there is always the potential the player doesn't reach that potential ... If it's broke you fix it , the twins have a problem developing and fixing that talent ...

    Good hitting and 5 bases stolen in the game last night , but bad pitching and shaky defense doomed us through 9 innings ... When will we get consistency on both sides of the ball at the same time ... It was fun while it lasted , 8 was not enough to win ...

    Toronto has something to play for and they fought back just like we fought back last night , it was nice to see our hitters put up runs 2 games in a row ... 8 was not enough , but with good pitching it should have been ...
