    This makes no sense. Caratini became a FA on Nov. 2nd Twins traded for Jackson on Nov. 21st. If anything, it tells me Falvey doesn't bother to put together a plan much less follow one.

    I knew they were thinking out side the box on this move. This pick up replaced Castro and Bride, and keeps Clemens well rested.

    Only the Dodgers could win back‑to‑back World Series and find the another piece to their dynasty in a Twins cast-off. The real question is what do they see that Falvey doesn't. Time will tell.

    This wasn’t a slump. It was a derailment. And it started with the HBP...every category—power, discipline, contact, all gone at once. SAD...he was having a breakout year and becoming the hitter the Twins always hoped he'd be. Best of luck to José.

What If KAM ran the Twins’ Draft this year? ● ● ● - He’d trade the #3 overall pick five different times in one afternoon, somehow ending up with the 11th, 19th, and 37th pick. - He’d announce that this “portfolio approach” allows the Twins to draft a can't miss shortstop, a starter with electric stuff, and a power hitting gold glove first baseman—all in one swoop—because why fix one hole when you can patch three with duct tape?

    Twins trade Duran for his high value. Twins traded Jax because he demand one. Twins traded Varland because the Jay's offer was irresistible. ( At least to Falvey)

    This FO still has to draft the right player, and then have the infrastructure in place to develop him. Thus, there are two ways to blow it, and if you blow, aren't you more likely to blow it?

    Nice to know. I've always enjoyed listening to Molitors insights into baseball and never liked that Falvey replaced him with Rocco.

    I'm reading quite a few positive comments on Abel. Abel’s biggest knock has always been inconsistent control. Walks pile up, and then MLB hitters punish his mistakes. Until be solves his control issues, I'm not a big believer. Why should I be more optimistic?

    If “Rookie of the Year” is all the Twins win in 2026, that’s actually not bad, it means the future finally showed up. And who knows, maybe that rookie becomes the spark that drags this franchise out of eternal purgatory. Every dynasty starts somewhere… and for the Twins, maybe it starts with a guy holding a Rookie of the Year trophy while the front office nervously wonders how they’ll afford him in five years.
